7. The producing process :

a.the raw materials which are used for producing zinc granules is 0# or 1# distillation zinc ingot. So the purity of zinc ingot is very high. Carry out strictly the national standard GB/T 470-1997. That can make sure the purity of zinc granules.

b.We adopt modern automatic extruding assembly line. The surface of zinc ingot is bright. The structure is dense. We adopt automatic granules cutting machine. The cutting surface of granules is smooth and flat. We carry out strictly ISO 9001:2000 operating regulationsin the process of producing. Tracking record sheet carefully to make sure high quality products and high efficiency.

c.Zinc granules quality testing equipment adopt precision atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Quality inspection department does tracking test for zinc granules. We carry out  three-testing quality controlling of materials testing, process testing, products testing. We also carry out random inspection periodically by the third part. That could make sure that the products are qualified when the products leave out the factory.
